Cheese in the Trap: Episode 7 [recap]
Finally episode 7 has revealed and given me so much excited! I kept wonder what will happen in this episode when Yong Gon makes his revenge on Seol.
Seol is packing her luggage to move back home when Bora and Euntaek come to help her. They bring Jung to help, too. Haha Jung is so cute when he wave his hand OMG TT^TT
Bora, Euntaek and Jung ask Seol out to eat and then they’ll help her to pack her luggage. They bump into Inho and Joon on the way and Jung ask them to go out for eating together.
Euntaek mentions that it’s really far from Seol’s home to school because he’s been there before. He also reminds that there were times when Yong Gon stalked Seol and he had to walk Seol home. Inho also adds that Yong Gon is a pathetic guy. Jung asks Seol why she didn’t tell him about that and Seo said that she would tell him the next time. Inho seems jealous when Jung and Seol are caring so much about each other.
Meanwhile, the landlady’s grandson has broken into Seol’s apartment.
They walk home and Bora wants to stay up all night at Seol house because it’s their last time together. Bora and Euntaek buy something to eat and drink. Inho, Joon and Jung are waiting outside while Seol cleans up her room.
When Seol gets to her door, it opens and she comes face to face with the thief, who’s holding her laptop. He grabs her throat and says that he’s been watching her for a while and that she's promiscuous for having so many men coming by.
Fortunately, Jung arrives and sees Seol being grabbed. The thief kicks Seol down the stair and Jung rushes to grab her. Inho and Joon chase the thief as they hear Jung shouts “Catch that bastard!”. Inho recognizes that was the one who attacked TA Heo with a brick, too.
Inho is trying to catch that thief but he cannot see him elsewhere. The thief is hiding in a dark alley and is about to leave, but Jung catches him. Jung kicks him in the stomache that makes him hurts a lot. The thief says that Jung is not different from him. His words tend to land with Jung but Jung keeps going and delivers more strong kicks.
Suddenly, Jung wants to destroy the thief’s hand, which stole woman’s underwear.
Seol is sitting on the sidewalk around the corner, hearing all the exchange. It reminds her about Inho whose hand had been broken by Jung many years ago.
Finally, Jung finds Seol and reaches out to help her up, but Seol rejects his hand. Joon and Inho then take Seol to the hospital, leave Jung behind.
The next day, TA Heo comes to visit Seol and tells her to take 2 (or more) days off. He seemsto be more friendly to Seol.
Jung is waiting for Seol outside. Seol heads into the hallway and sits next to Jung. Seol tells Jung not to go that far again and Jung says that he regrets it, too. Seol grabs Jung’s hand, thinking that it’s because of her, so it’s okay, as long as Jung is by herside. This is so warm!
So, school break has ended and it’s time to go back school. It’s so good to go back school, accept the four-hour-commute!
Do you remember Min-Soo? She’s changed her style, which is similar to Seol’s. When Bora comments, Min-soo says that she always had this style: “I must have similar tastes to Seol”.
Jung arrives in class, Bora and Euntaek hurriedly leave a seat for him to sit next to Seol. Haha how lovely they are :”) A classmate noted that Jung and Seol seem much closer now, and while Seol starts to make an excuse, Jung says:” We’re dating.” Haha see how cute Seol is when she’s embarassed XD
The couple bumps into Yong Gon while they’re holding hands and walking in the schoolyard. Yong Gon then pays attention to another girl, Da Young.
Jung tells Seol that his upcoming internship is at a super prestigious company and Seol doesn’t know that he is the heir of that company.
Joon introduces Inho to his parents. The two thinks that Inho must be a player as they see his unruly appearance, but they still let Inho work there. Inho must be the only one who can keep Joon.
Seol comes home late and realizes she hasn’t shown enough interest in her boyfriend’s concerns. She then gigles to herself thinking about Jung, whom she will marry in the future .
We always wonder why Yong Gon keeps stalking Seol and episode 7 has revealed the reason why.
Yong Gon hit Jung a year ago at the basketball game and said that Jung was a fake guy, then everyone forced him to apologize to Jung.
Seol saw Yong Gon siiting at the bench patheticly. Seol encouraged Yong Gon and that he should be more sincere so that girls would like him. And that began Yong Gon’s obsession with Seol. He kept following Seol and disturbed her. Yong Gon said that it was Jung who said that Seol was interested in Yong Gon. Seol dicided to talk to Jung about Yong Gon and from that day, she never sees Yong Gon again.
Back to the present, Seol’s uncle dicided to borrow Inho as he sees Inho as a strong worker. He asks Inho to clean up his storage and Inho finds an electric piano. He suddenly thinks about the past, when he played piano brilliantly during a competition, and Jung was among the first to give a standing ovation. Inha was paiting at the art studio and Inho teased his sister that she had no talent and she should give up on art. But Inha went insane and threatened to break Inho’s fingers one day.
“That day, I had never think what it is like when you give up your dream” – Inho thinks as he touches the piano.
Meanwhile, Jung takes Seol home and reveals that he is the hier of his father’s company. Seol thinks that she is so small in Jung’s world and that in his plan in the future, there’s no place for her.
As they stop by Seol’s neighborhood, Seol is about to get out. Suddenly Jung hugs Seol, tightly, says that she doesn’t have to think about that.
Jung looks Seol in the eyes, slowly leans in for a kiss but Seol rejects, because she’s nervous.
But Seol grabs her sunbae’s hand and kiss him..
Seol rushes home and it starts to rain. Seol bumps into her brother Joon, and Inho. They all walk home together as Jung watches, having come out with an umbrella for Seol.
Seol finds out that Inho is working for her uncle and that there’s still an electronic piano. Seol then comes to meet Inho with some cords and he old piano books.
Inho and Joon come to Seol’s school to ask her for lunch, but Inho ends up going to the music department. Suddenly the teacher recognizes him as his old teacher’s pupil and chases him out.
The teacher then gives Seol his card and tells her to give it to Inho when he cannot chase after Inho anymore.
That night, Seol and Jung come to meet Inho to give him the card. Jung tells Inho to keep playing piano and that he’ll support Inho to study abroad. What do Jung want when he says that? Oh he wants Inho to stay away from his girlfriend – Seol. Jung takes Seol out of the room, leaving In-ho simmering with emotion.
Well, this episode really blows me away! I’m continuing that internal conflict with adoring Yoo Jung. He’s so sweet with Seol but such bad guy with Inho. Sometimes, Jung makes me feel like he’s selfish when he just keeps Seol for his own. But I can understand that because when you’re in love, you’re selfish haha. By the way, the kiss scene is so funny.
Seol is getting more mature as she thinks of other’s feeling more than before. She leaves behind those thoughts that can make her misunderstand Jung. Seol is so kind-hearted and unique!
